Who we are

This website (ventabase.com) is operated by Donf LLC, 1801 NE 123rd Street, Suite 307, North Miami, Florida 33181, U.S.A.. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

Usage analytics: we run self-hosted, cookieless analytics software on our own server. It records page views, referrer, browser and device type, country and screen size. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address or any identifier that could single you out. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f)).

Server logs: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. They are rotated and deleted after a short period.

Processors we use

Formspark (form delivery) and Botpoison (spam protection) process contact form submissions on our behalf. Botpoison runs a proof-of-work challenge in your browser and does not use cookies. Both act under a data processing agreement.

This website and our analytics software run on a server we operate with an EU-based hosting provider. Analytics data never leaves that server.

Formspark and Botpoison are located outside the EU/EEA. For those transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of the relationship plus any statutory retention period. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 12 months.

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous and is kept indefinitely.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is a single local-storage entry that remembers your light/dark theme preference. It never leaves your device.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under local law.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the tools behind it change. The date at the top shows the current version.
